Shipping Policies

We use the U. S. Postal Service for most shipping. Some orders will be shipped via UPS or Fedex. Orders are shipped Monday – Saturday. Under normal circumstances, orders placed will ship the following business day, except holidays. Orders placed on the weekend will ship on the next business day, which is usually the following Monday.

International Deliveries

Customs restrictions and warranty issues prevent us from shipping to every international location. Customers are responsible for any additional customs fees.

Undeliverable Packages

Customers are issued a refund if their package is returned. We cannot re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. Customers are welcome to re-order.

Order Fulfillment

We strive to fulfill your order correctly and quickly. In order to maintain the best service to our customers, we have set guidelines in our order processing.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made before the order ships. If the product has not shipped, a refund will be issued by the same method of payment the order was originally charged. All refunds are processed within 5 business days.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.

International Orders

1. Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws vary from country to country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the importation of our products. Generally speaking, we have never encountered problems with Customs when shipping to most countries.

2. If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and is returned to us, we will issue you a prompt refund, less the shipping costs. If it is not returned to us, we cannot issue you a refund. Most orders are held by Customs for the purpose of charging import duties and Customs fees. We have had such troubles in less than 1% of our international shipments. If you are not sure, please contact the Customs Office in your country before ordering, as we are not responsible for such charges.

RETURN POLICY

Please read the Product Description before you bid. We make every attempt to accurately describe our products. We also provide you with a 7 Day No questions asked return policy for your item. Please contact us immediately if you discover a problem.

Once you have contacted us and we verify that the item needs to be returned, we will issue you a return authorization number via e-mail. The item must arrive in our facility within 10 days after your return number has been issued or it will not be valid for a return credit. It is very important that you write your return authorization number on the outside of the packaging. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please package your item properly. We are not responsible for return shipping fees.
